Job Title & Responsibilities

Manager Stores – Qarshi Industries

Lead and supervise all store operations including raw material, packaging, finished goods, and spare parts inventory.
Monitor GRNs, stock issuance, bin cards, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory in the ERP/WMS system.
Coordinate interdepartmental material flow with production, procurement, and QC.
Conduct monthly and quarterly physical stock audits and variance analysis.
Implement lean warehousing practices, space optimization, and safety protocols.
Train and manage storekeepers, clerks, and material handlers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Industrial Management.
4–7 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceuticals.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or custom ERP modules.

Key Skills

Strong command of inventory control systems and warehousing SOPs.
Sound knowledge of material classification and HSE practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Leadership, time management, and documentation control.
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and 5S protocols is a plus.
