Human Capital HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Area Business Manager to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business operations within their assigned region and ensuring the effective delivery of HR solutions to clients. You will collaborate with various departments to meet business objectives and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Lead and oversee business operations in the assigned region to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase business performance and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise and support a team of HR professionals to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and oversee the negotiation of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national business regulations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Report on business performance and suggest improvements for achieving targets.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in business management, with a focus on HR solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR solutions or talent management.
- Understanding of local business regulations and HR compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani nationality.
- Must have a valid CNIC.
- Must be willing to relocate or travel within the region.
- Relevant experience in managing business units or HR solutions.
