Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and growth hacking techniques.
- Proven experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and user acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital channels.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid media to maximize growth.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and develop insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales, and customer support) to ensure alignment and growth-driven initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the customer journey to increase conversions and minimize churn rates.
- Experiment with new growth strategies, ensuring continuous learning and optimization.
- Develop and manage email marketing, social media campaigns, and content strategies to boost brand presence and visibility.
- Oversee marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
