Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience in sales or relationship management in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
- Age: 22-30 years (preferably).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to offer financial products and services.
- Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to SME clients, catering to their business needs.
- Work towards meeting sales targets for SME products including loans, credit lines, and other banking services.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential SME clients, offering continuous support and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of credit proposals, conduct client assessments, and ensure timely processing of applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal bank policies while interacting with SME clients.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani citizen.
- Unmarried or married.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in banking or sales within the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
