Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to offer financial products and services.
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to SME clients, catering to their business needs.
  • Work towards meeting sales targets for SME products including loans, credit lines, and other banking services.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential SME clients, offering continuous support and relationship building.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit proposals, conduct client assessments, and ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal bank policies while interacting with SME clients.
